The company responsible for the birth of the God Game genre with Populous way back in the late 80s. Several classics such as Magic Carpet, Syndicate, Theme Park, Dungeon Keeper, Theme Park World and Gene Wars later, the company is now working on several new ideas.
Bullfrog's first work that SPOnG is aware of is the 1988 title, "Fusion" (Amiga).
The company has been involved titles released on the PC, PS2, PlayStation, Saturn, Jaguar, Sega Megadrive, SNES, Amiga, Amiga AGA, CD32, ST, Mac, 3DO, Game Gear, Sega MegaCD and Archimedes. Of these, "Theme Hospital" (PC), "Theme Park World" (PC), "Theme Park World" (PlayStation) and "Quake III Revolution" (PS2) have been best selling titles.
The company's most recent involvement was on the 2001 release "Quake III Revolution" (PS2).
