Available from 14th July, the new service will be accessible on the E-Plus i-mode service in Germany. The i-mode service provides subscription based services and content to mobile subscribers across a broad range of services including games.

The first titles to be available on the new THQ DoJa i-mode service will include Eurosport Football, MotoGP, Darts, Worms and The Punisher.

Adam Comiskey, General Manager, EMEA, THQ Wireless said: "I am delighted to confirm the launch of our first DoJa i-mode service. The agreement with E-Plus is the first step in our strategy to roll our games across many other i-mode partners in the months ahead, giving consumers around the world low-cost, fast and easy access to our games. We will continuously update our catalogue of games on the i-mode service, and all games will be available in multiple languages to include German, Dutch, French and English".

Wilko van der Meer, Chief Commercial Officer from E-Plus: "E-Plus gains with THQ Wireless another high value content partner for the successful mobile portal i-mode. The attractive offer of DoJa games from THQ Wireless perfectly expands the diversity of exciting mobile games which i-mode offers the E-Plus customers."

Users accessing the THQ i-mode site are able to browse details of the games available. To subscribe, they pay a monthly subscription fee of 2 euros which gives them unlimited download access to all the games and unlimited gameplay time.

Since its launch in 1999, the NTT DoCoMo i-mode network has attracted over 40 million subscribers offering access to a wealth of web-based news and entertainment services.

The new i-mode site complements THQ Wireless' existing Java and BREW-based services.
