ECTS - 3 September 2000 - UBI Soft® Entertainment is (por)poised to publish two titles based on Flipper & Lopaka, the modern cartoon incarnation of the well known 60's TV series. Take on the role of Flipper (under the sea) and his Polynesian friend Lopaka (on land) as they work together to solve puzzles and take on great adventures.

On PC CD-ROM, the characters must go on an intrepid mission to recover a submarine abandoned on the seabed. In order to do this, Lopaka and his naughty neighbour Nola will need to search the island of Iloka to find the 15 missing pieces of the submarine's control panel. The excitable Flipper must then hurry to find the submarine itself and return the recovered fragments to their correct places. Only then can players face their final task! The numerous puzzles and action challenges that stand between the characters and their final goal will see them jumping, sliding, running, swimming, diving, surfing, snorkeling, fishing and sailing through 3 distinct and beautiful worlds.

PC features:
· 12 challenges with 2 levels spread through the three distinct worlds (forest, seashore and sea).

· 3 characters (Lopaka, Nola and Flipper) each with their own skills and unique abilities.

· Wide ranging game styles from arcade challenges to fun puzzles.

· Sharp visuals that closely resemble the cartoon.

On Game Boy Color, the dolphin-fancier Lopaka must find the 8 mysterious crystals that are fabled to protect the undersea city of Quetzo. Once found, these are passed on to the ever helpful but squeaky Flipper who, armed only with nose and his swimming skills, will push them back to their undersea pedestals. Just to complicate matters, bad guys Dexter and Serge are out to find the crystals themselves, having heard that they form a deadly weapon when united.

Game Boy Color features:
· Sixteen levels - eight on land, eight under sea.

· Two characters in two entirely different environments.

· Both characters face different dangers. In the water Flipper must deal with his need for air and face off against nasty sea creatures - while on land, Lopaka must confront creatures such as jaguars, spiders, scorpions and more.

· Four bosses - giant squid, white shark, Serge and Dexter - each with their own combat techniques.
