Digital Bridges Joins The HP Mobile E-Services Bazaar

UNITY server platform supports the global wireless and Internet entertainment market

Digital Bridges, leaders in entertainment service design and delivery for wireless and other Internet devices, today announced their joining of Hewlett-Packard Company's Mobile E-services Bazaar.

In addition, Digital Bridges announced the availability of their HP-integrated UNITY platform which supports multi-participant entertainment content channels,
the first of which, 'wirelessgames.com', was launched at the GSM World Congress in Cannes, February 2000.

The UNITY platform provides all of the required management facilities as well as the necessary security, scalability and load balancing to allow mobile network operator to provide a set of fully managed entertainment content channels for
Wireless Internet users. UNITY is based on both Linux and HP-UX.

Combining an online "CyberBazaar" community with a number of regional centers, HP's Mobile E-services Bazaar provides a trading community and developers'
program for wireless operators, service providers, enterprise application providers and technology partners. Service providers and enterprises have the
ability to view and test new mobile e-services, join special interest groups, find relevant information and gain access to a constant supply of innovative solutions.

Through HP's Mobile E-services Bazaar activity Digital Bridges will benefit from technical, business, marketing and sales support provided by HP and it's partners. To date, more than 100 emerging technology companies have joined HP's Mobile E-services Bazaar. Launched in October 1999, HP's Mobile E-services Bazaar has facilities in Finland and Singapore. Additional facilities will be opened in Palo Alto, Calif., and Tokyo before the end of the year.

Kevin Bradshaw, also added "We recently announced the initial members of our developer community who are developing content for the UNITY platform. With the UNITY platform installed in the HP Mobile E-services Bazaar centres it will provide us with focal points for content development partners around the globe."
