LOS ANGELES (11 May 2000) Ubi Soft presents Infestation, the all new vehicle combat game. Humans… the ‘self proclaimed superior being’, once again have triumphed with the invention of ‘Jump Gates’ in space. Enabling instant and seamless travel between huge distances, they colonised many of the planets.
Sheer genius, and all was going well until…
There was no warning, they just arrived, like rats running through the sewers, pouring from the gates they destroyed everything in their path. Somehow the humans stopped the first wave before it reached Earth, but another crippling attack would spell disaster.
In an awesome 3D environment, you are a fearless pilot and have recently joined an elite attack fleet dispatched to seek & destroy the source of the aliens. The game is a non-linear mission based action. Take control of the latest morphing vehicle; drive, hover and fly around the worlds. Use your immense firepower to blast the enemy scum. Employ you cunning intelligence to solve complex puzzles whilst maintaining a careful balance of their weapons and resources to remain one step ahead as the aliens constantly mutate to protect themselves.
