2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa Now Available on PlayOn for Wii, Xbox 360 and PS3
MediaMall Technologies, Inc. today announced that select users of the PlayOnTM service now have access to the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa games live and post-game, available through the ESPN3 channel. PlayOn brings the World Cup action from the computer to your television screen, as it was meant to be seen. Internet service providers offering ESPN3 include Comcast, Cox, AT&T, Verizon and others.

PlayOn only requires the download of software to your PC and streams a full library of online video content to your TV via Wii, Xbox 360, PlayStation3 or other DLNA-compatible network device. The latest addition of ESPN3 to the PlayOn lineup adds to a growing list of content providers, including hulu, Netflix, YouTube, Comedy Central, Adult Swim, NHL, PBS.org, MTV.com, VH1.com, TV.com and others. Existing customers can begin streaming World Cup matches right away, while new users to the service can try it out free for 14 days, after which a subscription will be required for only $39.99 for the first year and $19.99 for each year thereafter.
