The publisher Light and Shadow Production (LSP) and Ubi Soft® Entertainment are teaming up to produce and co-publish a new video game based on Inspector Gadget, licensed by DIC Entertainment (Disney). The game is slated for international release in late 2000 on PlayStation and Game Boy Color.
Ubi Soft and LSP plan to immerse players in a familiar world full of humour and fun, taking full advantage of all the opportunities offered by the license to satisfy a broad segment of the public.
Play with all of the Inspector's gadgets in an explosive platform game! Inspired by the animated series Inspector Gadget, which is already a huge hit all over the world, the action game catapults you into a world of lunatic missions. To successfully complete them, you must learn how to manipulate wheels, mechanical arms and an assortment of flying crafts!
The agreement expands Ubi Soft's catalogue of high-quality titles for PlayStation and Game Boy Color, and strengthens its presence in the international market, notably in North America. LSP once again demonstrates its ability to publish mass-market products for an international audience.
