LUDI WAP will develop technical expertise, both in the current G2 technology and in the G3 generation, which will be launched in Japan in early 2001 and in Europe in early 2002.

The initial fully paid up share capital will be 60 million French francs, 20% from Ubi Soft Entertainment, 20% from the Guillemot Corporation and 60% from the Guillemot family. LUDI WAP S.A. will be headed by Michel Guillemot, co-founder in 1985 and 1986 of Guillemot Corporation and of Ubi Soft Entertainment, and currently head of R&D at Ubi Soft.
