Ubisoft press releases (and we paraphrase or in this case we just quote) that the DLC, "will be available broadly on December 11 on Xbox Live Arcade for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft and Windows PC and will be available on December 13 on the PlayStation® Network. The first downloadable content pack will release for the Nintendo Wii U at a later date."
We like 'broadly available' as it sounds like it was translated from the original French using Google.
As for nasty little details like actual price (because yes, remember, this is a product) we're not told much except about the Season Pass.
