SEGA's Yakuza series is known - in addition to its arse-kicking gameplay - for its many collaborations with real-world products and companies. In Yakuza 5, SEGA is teaming up with fellow video game publisher Namco Bandai to bring Taiko Drum Master to Kamurocho.
This week's issue of Famitsu reported that the hyper-popular drum-smashing game will be present in Kazuma Kiryu's latest adventure as a playable arcade unit. A small number of tracks will be available, including Mappy Ondo, Nijiiro Yumeiro Taikoiro and Shinsekai Yori.
The announcement was made in a retrospective Taiko Drum Master's last ten years.
