Oh man. There's nothing I like more in games than utterly pointless additional pieces of plastic. I'm being serious, you should see how much Rock Band stuff I have. Now there'll be yet more gubbins to fit into already cramped living spaces across the world thanks to Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure Story.
Yes, it's a spin-off Spyro the Dragon game, but this time it comes with a "Portal of Power" and a bunch of little plastic toys called Skylanders. Put them on the Portal (which is compatible with 360, PS3, Wii and DS) and they appear in the game. They're also able to remember any upgrades and powers you've bestowed upon them. The game will come bundled with three characters while others will be available to buy as extras.
