Is That New Arkham City Trailer Really New?

We're all jolly excited about Batman: Arkham City, right? Even though we've not played it, yes? We're excited that it'll be as good as Arkham Asylum (which was pretty good).

So, why not have a look at Batman having it out with the Joker in this new trailer? There is one good reason. It might not be so new at all. Doubts have been raised as to whether it's simply a fan film made using assets from Arkham Asylum. Still, it's not bad looking.
