It takes three (well, two and a half, technically). The photo on the left, apparently taken from one of the courses in Gran Turismo 5, showcases a poster advertising Sega's Yakuza 3.
Yakuza is a Japanese mobster adventure series, exclusive to the PlayStation 3. It's also immensely popular in the Land of the Rising Sun, so if this isn't a Photoshop it makes sense that Sony would want to cross-promote it in some way. Still, the fifth iteration is just around the corner.
If the graphics of GT5 don't show its development age, then this most definitely does. It's reported to be included on the Tokyo R248 course, if you want to go and look for it yourself.
