Next year sees one of Marvel's oldest heroes, Captain America, starring in a new title under development at SEGA.
Players will find themselves taking control of Steve Rogers (Cap's real world name) in third-person action setting and battling Captain America's long-serving nemesis the Red Skull and his minions as well as the Iron Cross and the forces of Hydra.
The original story for the game is being written by Christopher Gage, well known in comics circiles for being the primary writer for the Marvel's Avengers: The Initiative comic series. The setting of the story will exist in the same world as the upcoming film next year.
The game will see release on pretty much every format going with the title due for sometime in 2011 for the Xbox 360, PS3, Wii, PSP and DS.
