Some forum posters are truly sad. Not content with seeing Heavy Rain spoilers posted all over the web by Xbox 360 fanboys, it seems that Sony loyalists with too much time on their hands have been spamming what appear to be similar reveals of Alan Wake's storyline.
Except, according to Remedy, those spoilers are fake.
Originally choosing not to comment on the spoiler campaign, which is taking place on random gaming websites around the internet, MikkiRMD had a change of heart on the studio's forums in confirming such leaks are bogus.
"I'm just gonna come right out and say that it's bull, plain and simple," MikkiRMD wrote. "The guy who came up with this totally awe-inspiring blow against I-don't-even-know-what doesn't know anything. Don't worry about it, dude's talking out of his ass."
So that's that, then. And no, we're not reposting what was 'spoiled'. Just in case.

I still haven't bought Heavy Rain due to the stock issues and living in a backwater town stock is something delivered once a month, but the demo was awesome and i really cant wait!! so no spoilers for me :-)
