Splinter Cell Conviction Date 'Set in Stone'

Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Conviction: A recent Tweet from the bowels of Ubisoft states, quite clearly and with a picture, the following useful piece of information:

"Splinter Cell Conviction's release date is now set in stone." That date is April 13th 2010.

But this was followed up with: "And to be crystal clear, Splinter Cell Conviction will be out on April 13 (US), April 15 (Europe + Australia), April 16 (UK)."
