We've all wanted to control the weather at some point in our lives. For most of us, it's a constant battle against the elements as we journey from home to work and back again. But what if you were in control of the raging weather and could destroy towns and cities in your path?

Konami's Tornado Outbreak lets you do just that, without any of the side-effects of actually being a tornado (or destroying someone's house). Controlling one of the Wind Warriors, your mission is to harness the power of the elements and tear through various environments, chewing up all obstacles in your way.

But there is a story behind all of this madness and mayhem. The main character, Zephyr, possesses the power of the wind itself and has been a key contributor in providing atmosphere to once lifeless planets. One day he encounters a strange being called Omegaton that changes the way he thinks about the world. Although Zephyr is meant to protect those in need, Omegaton deceives him and ultimately a battle is staged for supremacy over the Planet Earth!

So use the power of water, fire and wind and destroy all that stands in your path - learn your true mission, and face Omegaton once and for all. Just, you know, remember your umbrella and watch out for flying cows. << less
