Magna Carta 2 features compelling RPG elements set in a conflict-heavy land called the Lanzheim Continent, where a brutal civil war rages on and ultimately covers the issues of betrayal, politics, love, hate and fate. The storyline carries the action with CGI cutscenes, the Unreal Engine 3 and character designs by Korean artist Hyung-Tae Kim.

With strategic turn-based and real-time role playing features, players will follow troubled male character Juto as he struggles to remember his past in this war-torn world. From the world map to battle sequences no load times exist, allowing for a consistent flow of action - which is just as well as there are over 40 hours of gameplay to experience here.

Various elements outside and inside of battle help keep the game fresh - by collecting Kamonds from fallen enemies, you can enhance your weapons and items, while different weapons entirely change the character's fighting style and allows for various styles of play. Special moves and Overdrives allow you to deal massive damage to your foes, and elemental magic (KAN) can be used to affect the environment around you to provide an advantage.

With a high quality presentation, storyline and gameplay features, Magna Carta 2 looks to improve on every aspect of the original. << less
