Thanks to the PSP's raw processing power, all of the extreme action and fearsome weaponry that the series is famous for has been faithfully recreated and packed onto a single UMD.
This special edition has everything that Armored Core fans love, including robot customisation and intense action. New features, such as wireless head-to-head gameplay and advanced artificial intelligence designing, combine strategy and action like never before.
The classic "design and test" gameplay has been ramped up to the next level for Armored Core's PSP premiere and Armored Core: Formula Front Extreme Battle offers staggering levels of control and depth when designing and building each mech creation from a vast array of different and deadly components. Once lovingly crafted and polished up ready for battle, each of your Cores can be stored in a special garage and tweaked further as you face off against a series of rival Cores across the leagues.
The sheer amount of Core components raises many exciting gameplay questions. How will you play? Will you design a Core that shines in ranged combat from behind cover or will you build for speed and flight? How will your choices ensure that you thrash the many and varied enemy Cores? Armored Core: Formula Front Extreme Battle offers almost unlimited ways to build and play, coupled with a level of experimentation and personal expression that is unrivalled in any other game of its type. << less
