The ever generative videogame rumour mill is slating the launch of Microsoft’s Xbox 360 console for the 4th of November this year, seeing the machine get almost two months of pre-Christmas store time, if true.
The chatter stems from several news sources reporting that Microsoft posted the release date on one of its partner sites, then quickly removed the information, though not before several beady eyes, not least those at Xbox365, had taken a peek.
Of course, this isn’t the first time that Microsoft has accidentally posted sensitive information only to remove it. You might remember that in the past a
job listing highlighted future plans for Xbox Live, so perhaps this latest reported slip-up has substance.
We will of course, let you know.
