"Hardcore," "online" (extremely overrated word), "realistic" anything, and "game" used as a verb. "Gameplay" usually pisses me off too, because it's usually used as a buzz-word in a weak context. Just to clarify: the concepts themselves are good, but the words are annoying to hear, because they're only ever used as meaningless/weak buzz-words.
"Innovative new gaming", or anything else that makes it sound like it's going to be a game we've never played before!1!!one! It's too self-assuming, slightly patronising and pretty pretentious.
Its got to be 'no comment' blanks answers to questions for me. Very annoying and teasing. We understand they have to have an air of secrecy with competition and all, but it still make you want to slap them.
Its kind of like asking a someone, what's for dinner, and they reply 'food'.
