I thought SEGA had publishing rights to Team 17 and the Worms franchise, not the once-great (but now oh-so-sickenly-generic) Codemasters. Oh well, no big deal. If it's anything like Worms 3D, I'm up for it. Just... no more Junior Senior. _Please_.

Oh wow. Hogs of War: Worms Edition.

Why hasn't there been a new Hogs of War, anyway? Sort it, Infogrames!

a bit soon for more worms, I haven't even played forts under seige yet.

seeing as it's the 10th anniversary, I hope they follow the likes of tekken and include the classic original game in the package, it's still by far the best worms game, or even better, the 'Amiga only' worms directors cut.

if you mean the dream cast version i have to strongly disagree... playign worms sans mouse is much less fun... allthough the abilty to play multiplayer without having to get out from in fornt of the computer when it isn't your turn is a distinct advantage!

No Worms: DC = Worms: The Director's Cut on Amiga. Simply the ultimate 2D Worms.

Andy Davidson, where are you now???

It's a completely different Worms game for the Atari 400/800. I've been waiting for EA to update it for years ;-) Apparantly NFS updates are more important. Bah!

my complete and utter lack of amiga knowlege is my biggest disgrace on this forum... aprently every other person to ever wander across spong owns two of them! (just incase one breaks i imagine, or perhaps so they can play two awsome amiga games at the same time! im so jealous!)

Well, I've got several, 2 A500s, an A600, an A1200 and a CD32.

I was thinking that I mught try to collect the set at one point, but I've got no room to do anything other than store them in their boxes. Plus getting hold of an A1000 these days would be a very pricy prospect.

There's a reason for that, but we won't go into it right now.

Well, my knowledge isn't terrible. But I am one of the few gamers never to own one - I made the rather masive platform jump from Spectrum 48+ to a Megadrive :/

Oh! A traitor in the computer vs console holy wars!

Quick burn him!!! :-)

Actually, I bought a PlayStation before I got a PC, so technically that makes me guilty too!
