Ever since a weather balloon crashed near the sleepy town of Roswell, locals have spent vast amounts of time and energy trying to convince the world that they live with aliens. With Area 51 just a few miles down the road, it’s kind of understandable. What kind of government would want to keep its military aerospace technologies so secret anyway?
Ubi Soft has announced that Red Lemon Studios has almost finished Roswell Conspiracies for PSOne and it will hit the shelves in April this year. The game is based on the upcoming cartoon of the same name, the player taking the role of the hero, Agent Nick Logan of the underground multi-national organisation known as The Global Alliance.
The aliens stalk the Earth, prey on its human inhabitants for food and sport, and reveal plans to take over the world. Scary stuff eh? The game is played in the third person with a variety of first person mini games. You must decipher puzzles, look for clues and interact with the Roswell residents to gain access to secret bases and find out what is going on. The game spans fourteen stages set in five varied locations around the USA, from the plains of Arizona to top secret military bases.
