Free Radical Signs With Yet Another Publisher
Ubisoft latest to host wandering developer.
Ubisoft has announced a deal with Free Radical Design that will see the GoldenEye and TimeSplitters famed studio develop games for next-generation consoles and PC at an undisclosed point next year.
The single game deal of the unannounced title will see Free Radical deliver an action game to its fourth publisher in as many years, with the Ubisoft deal following similar agreements with Eidos, Electronic Arts and Codemasters.
According to the press release detailing the deal, the game will be “…targeting mature gamers, it will feature difficult strategic choices and moral dilemmas, tapping into both their rational and emotional instincts.”

It would be nice if Free Radical were given the task of developing the First Person Shooter for Revolution that Ubisoft are working on.
