Though details of the PSP rendition of Grand Theft Auto remain scarce, developer Rockstar has released a few titbits to whet the appetites of series followers before the game's expected spring 2005 release.
It has been confirmed that GTA PSP is to be based upon the 2001 release Grand Theft Auto 3, and will take place in Liberty City. All new quests and missions have been promised, but it is not known if the game will follow the same story as its console counterpart, or even feature the same characters.
Unfortunately there are no screens to gawk at as yet, but the game will most certainly been a 3D offering, and is likely to be comparable to that of the PS2 offering.

GTA is the BEST SERIES EVER! It soooo f**kin' rules. Them making a PSP game solidifies how great this game is. It's the f**kin' best. MARIO SUX, HALO SUX, METROID SUX!!!
