It might be an elaborate PR stunt. It might be a staggering blunder of epic proportions. Whatever, a Texas court has banned the sale of the shockingly poor The Guy Game following claims that it features under-age nude shots.
A girl went to court claiming damages following her alleged inclusion in the game, aged just seventeen. To make matters worse, she also claims to have not consented to the photographs that were used being taken in the first place.
The photographic work is reported to have been snapped during a Spring Break pies-out extravaganza with the girl, named only as Jane Doe, stating her real first names were also used.
You see, although the girl went to Spring Break, got hammered and removed her clothes, she “…is still a teenager and wishes to attend college, develop her career and be active in her community and church," the lawsuit asserts.
SCEA, Microsoft, Take-Two and developer TOPHEAVY are all named in the suit, and the game withdrawn from sale with immediate effect.
