Long-awaited snippet from a long-awaited game.
Well, it’s finally here. The official trailer for what is bound to become one of the biggest selling games - if not the biggest - ever made. Rockstar has been teasing us with minute morsels of gameplay details for what seems like a lifetime, and we’ve savoured and cherished the scraps we could find, but frankly our appetite for San Andreas information is still far from satisfied.
This trailer goes some way to appeasing our hunger, and it certainly gives you a feel for the finished product. As expected, it looks awesome in an entirely literal sense. Just like GTA Vice City made the most of classic 80s gangster chic to create a convincing atmosphere, so too does San Andreas seem to reflect the mood of early 90s ‘ghetto movies’: hip-hop, drive-bys and convoluted hand shakes. Well this game looks groovier than maple syrup all over a lovely young ladies groove. Okay bad comparison perhaps. Naughty me.
Has to be said Rockstar have done something special with this game, and I can see shops running out of copies of it for a while. Too many games to buy, but this one has to be on my buy list.
I just hope that it comes with a free fake Glock, so I can hold up the local slobber bucket food joint, for almost killing me with food poisoning.

What is this, a Spike Lee movie?
Also, the PS2 is REALLY starting to show its age. Some of these characters look like they could be background characters in a N64 game.
But if this is GTA 5 (more or less) and not Vice City 2, I guess it'll make the casual gamers happy.

I think its looks like VC with black people, and basketball, it looks fun though.
It is actually GTA Sand Andreas, not 5, or 4... 4 is coming out on the PS3.
You see VC and SA are...kinda side stories, or (not sequels or prequels) just kinda samey.
