The first home console version of arcade hit SNK Vs Capcom: SVC Chaos will be exclusive to Xbox and feature full Xbox Live! compatibility for those in need of a global chop-socky match-up. There are 17 playable characters from the SNK stable, 17 playable Capcom characters, and two secret bosses. SVC Chaos also includes bonus characters from King of Fighters, Fatal Fury, Samurai Shodown and Street Fighter. Additionally - and exclusively featured in SVC Chaos - there are special characters such as Capcom's Mega Man and Red Arremer, and SNK's Shiki and Athena. If you can't find someone to pick a fight with from amongst that lot, you might as well switch off.

Yeah...bring it on. 2d fighting games rule. This is the type of online gaming thats needed, quick fix and not much time consumed to have fun.i, instead of long, life draining epics.

My only fear is lag. Modern connections are fast enough for spanners who want to hit chickens all day to earn their Skill Points, but quick enough for ninja practising the elegant art of 2d combat? You'll need all the help you can get against some hepped-up Akhibara denizen..

Actually SVC Chaos has been out on the PS2 (NTSC) for quite a while now... and it started out on the Neo Geo which, technically, is also a home console...
Mind you, Xbox has got the edge with the online thing...
