Motorbikes to feature in Gran Turismo 4! Stop everything!
Bigger than the F1 shock, two wheel action revs up
In amazing news breaking today, it would seem that motorbikes are to be featured in Gran Turismo 4 - an absolute first for the series.
At an open press session held recently, a variety of bikes were test-driven and put thorough the same telemetric rigours as their four-wheel counterparts.
Indeed, an article in one magazine states, “A surprise test session with a variety of superbikes suggests there may be a special motorcycle section, though Polyphony tactfully avoided the question.”
It continues, “A few Sony staffers did suggest that motorcycles would play a role in a hidden bonus section, but there is no official confirmation.”
So there you have it.
Why else would Polyphony test bikes on the track and rolling road? Why else would Sony employees mention the fact that they might be seen in some kind of bonus capacity.
As we did with the Formula 1 cars in Gran Turismo 3, we will endeavour to be the first to bring you screens of the bikes in GT4…
