You may remember that several months ago, we brought you news from Square Enix’s merger conference that the newly-formed RPG behemoth had decided that it hadn’t really given Europe a fair crack of the whip.
It was decided that conversions had been shoddy - which they were - and release dates unacceptable, which again is an undeniable, if somewhat shameful fact.
So today’s news brings the first sign of change from the east, with the announcement that Unlimited SaGa is to see a considerably impressive release in the region.
Partnering with Atari, Square Enix will release Unlimited SaGa Collectors’ Edition for PlayStation 2, which will include The Eternal Calm: Final Fantasy X-2: Prologue DVD alongside the game, all packed in a high-end purple DVD case.

Everything Square Enix right here, as it breaks.
