Electronic Arts, the world’s leading third-party publisher, has announced a deal with nVidia that seems to back up our story that both ATI and nVidia are courting developers and publishers of AAA PC games in an attempt to garner graphics card exclusivity.
A deal announced overnight in the US sees nVidia become Electronic Arts’ “preferred PC graphics platform” hinting that, at launch at least, EA’s PC output will be exclusive to nVidia, in what has to be seen as further evidence of the evolution of the PC games market as exclusively revealed by us.
