Made in Wario takes a bigger than expected byte
Wario to ‘borrow heavily’ from Nintendo’s finest.
According to reports from Japan this morning, the upcoming mini game extravaganza Made in Wario, known as Wario Ware Inc: Mega Microgame$ in the US and Europe, will be substantially more than a collection of generic party outings.
Indeed, Nintendo has stated that the game will borrow heavily from elements of other Nintendo games, including Super Metroid, Mario World, Yoshi’s Island, Legend of Zelda and F-Zero. Players will be asked to perform short tasks, such as achieve a certain place within a 2D level, defeat a boss or win a short race.
