The end of the road?
According to Codemasters, there are currently no plans to release a fourth instalment of the popular Colin McRae Rally series, in amazing news breaking today.
In direct conflict with what has been reported by some lesser games sites, Codemasters today said, “We have no plans at the moment for Colin McRae Rally 4, although we would, of course, never rule out a new version of this title.”
After the licensing-riddled, rushed and frankly poor offering that was Colin 3, perhaps the development team has taken the series back to the drawing board. Let’s hope so.
