Shining Soul 2 confirmed

Europe in 'well-treated by Japanese company' shocker

Maybe that's a little harsh. Sega, unlike mean, evil old Nintendo has always been good to us. Delivering optimised games, as far back as the MegaDrive, and titles running at 30 frames per second in 1994. Then insisting that all games for its next-generation Dreamcast came complete with a 50/60 Hz switch. Oh Sega, what have we done!?

Anyway, enough of that. As you may be aware, Sega, through THQ, was going to release Shining Soul, the Game Boy Advance RPG. And then it wasn't. And then it was again. And then it was, but only in Europe. This left the Americans pretty peeved, we can tell you.

However, they might find their spirits lifted by the news that a sequel, daringly titled Shining Soul 2, has been announced, and will be released around the world for the Game Boy Advance portable happiness system.

Annoyingly, no release date for any territory was revealed.
