Secret Tokyo unveiling for future racer.

At a top-secret event held in Tokyo over the weekend, Sega showed off the Arcade version of F-Zero in fully running form for the first time.

Developed co-operatively between Nintendo Kyoto and Toshihiro Nagoshi’s Amusement Vision studio at Sega, the game is one of the most hotly anticipated arcade titles in recent memory, with fans of the series desperate to get their hands on the GameCube compatible racer.

Furthermore, the game will be available to play, believed to be in complete form, at this year’s AOU Show, commencing in Tokyo on February 21. And, as we exclusively revealed some months ago, the deluxe version of the game will be housed in a huge, mobile arcade cabinet, rumoured to be Sega’s biggest for some years.

Stay tuned for more breaking F-Zero news as we get it.
