Dreamcast broadband adapter goes back into production
CSI of Japan has revealed that it will be re-commencing production of the broadband adapter for the humble Dreamcast. This has followed large-scale demand for units throughout the country.

Although this demonstrates the wider support for Sega’s doomed machine, most players will be concentrating their time on Capcom Vs SNK 2, which can be played online in the region, and Phantasy Star Online.

CSI plans to produce around 1,000 broadband adapters in its initial batch with a further batch to follow next year. The firm also stated plans to begin producing other DC peripherals including arcade sticks and pads.

Long live the Dreamcast!
