Silent Scope 3 PlayStation 2 images released
More Konami sniper action, this time straight to PS2.
Konami of Japan has released the first screenshots from Silent Scope 3, the latest release in the groundbreaking arcade snipe-em-up.
The format of the new game is set to change little from that seen in the first two games, though a “more sensible approach” to gameplay has been promised. The original Silent Scope came in for some criticism, mainly due to the fact that it expected players to shoot down small, rapidly moving aircraft and other such enemies with a mere sniper’s rifle.
Silent Scope 2 rectified this a little, with the gameplay focus shifting towards multiplayer sniping action.
Expect more of this when the third game in the series, exclusive to PlayStation 2, hits store shelves later in the year.
