Playmore, the Pachinko manufacturer that owns much of the intellectual properties of the defunct SNK corporation, has announced its revised release schedule for the territory of Japan.
The big news is that King of Fighters 2001 and Metal Slug 3 have been confirmed for release on home consoles. KOF 2001 will be released for Dreamcast and PlayStation 2, whereas Metal Slug 3 will grace the PS2 only.
A US and European release of the PlayStation 2 version of King of Fighters 2001 and Metal Slug 3 is a certainty.
