Grey Japan, a development studio set up by former Taito staff, has announced that it will be releasing a new side-scrolling 2D shooter, initially for Sega’s Naomi arcade system.
The game is called Border Down and is set to be a power-up based shooter similar in gameplay to Gradius and the like.
We are sure you’ll agree that it’s heartening to see games companies still willing and able to release such games.
A home version, expected for PlayStation 2, is also likely.
