Neil Druckmann, the man responsible for multi-BAFTA award winning The Last of Us has had a word or two about the forthcoming movie of the title. Hold onto your hats now...

Before that, he also mentioned that more multiplayer DLC is coming along. And there was news of a sequel to the game itself. But first, the movie:

"It’s an adaptation of the story of The Last of Us. "As far as where we go and how we make it fit into a film, how it takes into account the unique properties of film... We’re not sure yet. We’re only just scratching the surface."

In terms of the new game, ""We're still trying to figure it out, he told IGN at last nights BAFTAs, "We’re brainstorming some stuff, so we’ll see where that goes." So, at least we're sure it's coming.

Image caption "Ashely Adams - not Ellen Page" - genius. Raised a chuckle.

As for a movie, not sure how it'll differentiate itself from Walking Dead or The Road to make it more than a Walking Dead/The Road mash-up. Still, it's another contender for not-s**t-movie-of-a-game, where the pickings are pretty thin.
