Burglars attempted to rob Los Angeles games studio Robotoki last night. They didn't do very well, however, thanks to an intervention by studio founder and former Call of Duty creative strategist Robert Bowling.
You can see Bowling chasing off the robbers in the video below. He told Polygon that "At around 7:20 p.m. after all the staff had left, with exception to myself and our lead FX artist, two males approached the front door of Robotoki and hit the security glass with a rock and began kicking in the weakened glass. I began running towards the lobby from my second floor office as soon as I heard the rock hit. I confronted the two males in the lobby, where only one had gained entry."
The burglars ran off before they could take anything.
In the small hours of this morning Bowling tweeted:
Robotoki is currently working Human Element
, a zombie survival game pegged for 2015.
