Three high-profile free-to-play PC titles - Planetside 2, DC Universe Online and Warframe - will be heading to the PlayStation 4, with Warframe confirmed as a launch title for the console.
It's a healthy initial lineup for a free-to-play angle on the platform, which Sony is clearly gunning for. Sony has been taking significant steps to adapting its PlayStation console to adopt changing gamer habits and attitudes, recently emphasising the rise of independent titles and yet focusing on traditional disc-based releases.
