Crysis has confirmed what everyone has suspected and announced that its upcoming Kinect-based action game, Ryse, will be an Xbox One exclusive.According to the developer's website, we'll be in for a showcase of the game in just a couple of weeks' time, at E3. "Son came to Rome 2013,"
reads the site in Latin. "Exclusively for Xbox One. Controller-based gameplay enhanced by Kinect."
The game first emerged during E3 2011, with a mysterious teaser trailer to its name. Now it seems like it will be one of the fifteen games that will release during Xbox One's launch year. Last night, Microsoft also revealed that
Forza 5 and
Quantum Break are being developed for the system.
Every Xbox One will come shipped with a Kinect sensor, so releasing
Ryse on the platform will mean that there is a greater opportunity for a sales success.
