Batman: Arkham Origins won't include Batman. Well, it will include the character, Batman, obviously - but the (arguably) voice acting soul of the Dark Knight, Kevin Conroy, will not be reprising his role as the vigilante hero.Conroy has voiced the Caped Crusader and his public alter-ego Bruce Wayne in the last two Arkham games, as well as various animated series and video games since Mask of the Phantom in 1993.
According to South African magazine NAG, developer WB Games Montreal decided to go for a new voice actor to reflect a "younger vision of the Caped Crusader." Series veterans such as Nolan North (Penguin), Tom Kane (Commissioner Gordon) and Martin Jarvis (Alfred) will still feature in their respective roles.
Do you think someone younger would be able to fill the Bat's boots? Let us know in the comments box below.
