Still finding that your Assassin's Creed III experience is a little bit buggy? Don't worry, Ubisoft is here to save the day once more - the company announced the incoming launch of a new patch for the game, which will iron out a rather exhaustive number of glitches and bugs.

Among the fixes in multiplayer, is the quashing of a rather annoying glitch that saw players getting stuck after dropping Money Bombs from ledges. Bugs in Deathmatch, Manhunt, Assassinate, abilities and ladders have all been addressed, as well as some miscellaneous ones.

Single-player has had a humungous amount of extra TLC, with fixes on individual missions, side-quests, maps and menus. The PS3 version has also sorted out issues with floor-falling glitches and disappearing NPCs, while the Xbox 360 update removes an icon from the map legend.

The full list of changes and fixes (may contain spoilers) can be found on Ubisoft's official forum. The patch should be coming within the next week.
