Sony CEO Kaz Hirai said earlier this year that Gakai - which it now owns - is "is a company that’s going to propel the movement of the video game business into the cloud space very quickly". We are now beginning to see what he meant.The latest website update over at Gakai show off a heap of previously PlayStation brand-only titles being readied for deployment via Gakai's cloud play platform. The games you can see include huge game properties such as:
God of WarUnchartedMetal GearKillzoneLittleBigPlanetWith cloud gaming competition sluggish and, in the case of OnLive (the only real console competition to Gakai),
chaotic, this speed of movement could prove very positive for Sony indeed.
