Pokémon News: Pikachu Teaches Typing on Nintendo DS
What good is a Nintendo conference without Pokémon? Nintendo of Europe president Satoru Shibata didn't disappoint fans of Pikachu and co, with a brief video showcasing Pokémon Black 2 and Pokémon White 2 leading to some 3DS application reveals and... a wireless keyboard for the Nintendo DS.

Yep, what you see in that picture is a game called Learn with Pokémon Typing Adventure. It's Nintendo's way to help kids (and adults, we guess) learn how to grow up to be great secretaries, by offering typing challenges with a Pokétwist. This first-person, on-rails adventure will see you encounter various Pokémon, which you will then need to type their name quickly in order to capture them.

It comes complete with the Nintendo Wireless Keyboard, which works on Bluetooth technology and can be used with other Bluetooth-compatible devices. Which is handy. Learn with Pokémon Typing Adventure will be released in September.

Nintendo also announced two new 3DS eShop applications - the Dream Radar, which uses Augmented Reality to let players capture Pokémon in their own living room, and transfer them to Pokémon Black 2 or Pokémon White 2, and an improved Pokédex 3D Pro application.
