Nintendo Direct Conference Scheduled for Friday Morning

Look! It's an announcement of an announcement! How lucky we all are. We've missed these. Probably making up for the fact that its E3 press conference was a little bit scattershot, Nintendo is hyping up a European Nintendo Direct conference video that will go live at 5am Friday morning. That's tomorrow.

New information and trailers for upcoming games are promised, and the 3DS - which got something of an elbow at the recent LA trade show - will be getting some serious love in particular. The European conference will be hosted by regional president Satoru Shibata, at the same time as company president Satoru Iwata helms the Nintendo Direct conference for Japan.

First-party titles that were skimmed over at Nintendo's E3 conference included Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon and Paper Mario: Sticker Star, so expect more on these titles - along with possible third-party appearances alongside them. What are you hoping for?
