Japanese Video Game Chart: Kid Icarus Flies to the Top
Kid Icarus: Uprising flies to the top spot of the Japanese Video Game Chart this week, with over 130,000 units sold. It was closely contested by SEGA's handheld Yakuza spinoff, Black Panther 2, in a Spring week full of fresh new entries.

Devil May Cry HD Collection performs well in its debut week, landing in #4. The bizarre Pok้mon and Nobunaga's Ambition crossover will not be moved lower than it has to, taking position at #3. Other new entries include Tecmo Koei's Ninja Gaiden 3 and Compile Heart's Attouteki Yuugi: Mugen Souls.

The 3DS gets a fair bit of representation in the Top 10 in fact, as Nintendo's handheld becomes entrenched in Japanese gamer society. Monster Hunter 3G, Mario Kart 7 and Super Mario 3D Land round off the chart thanks to long-tail sales.
