Like pandas with your World of Warcraft? Well, you'll be pleased to know that Blizzard has started sending out invitations for the Mists of Pandaria expansion pack beta. Let's not all jump at once though - invites are only for Annual Pass holders, press, fansites and developer friends and family at this stage. On the
studio's official website, Blizzard stated that it will be sending invitations to Annual Pass holders in waves. Probably because there are just so damn many of you out there.
"We'll be inviting Annual Pass holders based on several factors, including how long your World of Warcraft account has been active and when you signed up for the Annual Pass. Keep an eye on your Battle.net account and email for your invite to join the beta test," reads the post.
Although with emails being the communication method of choice for Beta invitees, that runs the risk of scams. "We'll send you an email letting you know when you're selected, but please be aware of phishing attempts," the company urges. "Some unscrupulous individuals send out falsified emails purporting to be from Blizzard, but are in fact meant to steal your login credentials." So don't click on anything dodgy, basically.
